Comfort foods.
Today's post is about comfort foods. These are some of the foods I grew up eating a lot of when I was a kid. Some of them bring back memories of my childhood. This post is a short one, but I would like to know what some of your comfort foods were as a kid, or even as an adult. I still like these foods as an adult. There are some foods I dislike, but that is for another blog post. :) God Bless.

Well, meatloaf? Bleck.....yes, I made these a lot when you kids were young. Comfort food for me is baked beans (reminds me of my mom) and of course, chocolate. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd Lucas has me hooked on Nutella now. LOL
Ooh, those pics look really yummy... :D I don't like meatloaf with that ketchupy sauce on top, though. I make really good meatloaf! My mom's mac & cheese is my most favorite food. And my grandparents make AMAZING blueberry cobbler. I literally ate a whole casserole dish sized one by myself once. I also make really good beef & macaroni. It's got, well, beef and macaroni, plus stewed tomatoes, velveeta cheese, and celery. It's so yummy! That and the meatloaf I learned to make from my grandparents, too, but I've kind of experimented with them and made them my own. Unfortunately, Joey doesn't like either one so I rarely make them :( I love cranberry oatmeal cookies and cheese curls. Pepperoni and olive pizza, which I also love as cold leftovers. Soft tacos from taco bell. Churros. And I love hoagies from Subway with 3 different kinds of meat (idk what they are), lettuce, tomato, and black olives.
