Role Models



What are role models?  They are good influences to your children.  My role models as a kid were my mom, my pastor, my home school teacher and Carman.  There are so many celebrities out in the world who are so lost, and they think they are a good role models for our children.  Miley Cyrus for one.  She is just trying to use shock factors to get her point across.  It is sad.  As parents, grandparents, uncles, and aunts, we have to be good role models for the children.  They are the future.  My son has many relatives who are good role models, and I thank God for that.  God is my number 1 role model.  Who were your role models growing up?  Have a good day and God Bless.

    Before I was saved, my mom was my role model. Once I was saved, Jesus molded me. I've admired many people in my life...Joanne, Pastor Jim, MaryLu...just to name a few. What's important is that we do not let our admiration turn to worship. It is a fine line that many cross. Hugs.
